This well-maintained country house "Seinader" is located in a sunny, quiet location, in the immediate vicinity of the Gaisberg lift as well as the Maierlbahn (access to the ski area Kitzbühel). Skiing directly to the house is possible in appropriate snow conditions. The village center is easily accessible on foot (10 min) or by ski bus.

On the ground floor there is 1 large living room in a cozy hunting lodge style (with tiled stove, & smart/satellite TV), 1 breakfast room with a single sofa bed, 1 kitchen (with oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC.

On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms with double beds or 2 single beds as well as 1 bedroom with single bed (110 cm), 1 bathroom with tub and bidet and 1 separate WC.

In summer the large garden, the sunny terrace and the open winter garden/balcony offer space to relax.

Ski equipment can be stored in the garage next to the house.

The entire house is rented, which means that guests have access to all rooms in the house (except for part of the basement) and to the balcony and garden.

The detached house is located in a quiet residential area - mainly with single-family houses. The large garden on one side and the parking lot on the other side separate the house from the neighboring properties.

It should be emphasized that you can ski down to the house during appropriate snow conditions 30 meters from the house there is a ski bus stop. 20 meters away there is a cab company. The train station is 1.5 km away.
